The 40 Best Indie Rock Albums Of 2019

This has been a great year for Indie Rock. Much better than last. Not fully gone but mostly is the boring aping of the old greats such as Pavement and Modest Mouse. Mostly gone are the Ambien Indie albums that put me to sleep last year. Instead we have these 40 great albums that are a testament to either getting an old formula down perfectly or taking that old formula and giving it a few new tricks.
