Best Albums Of 2016(1st Edition)

Hello and welcome to Speed Glue and Music's best albums of 2016 compiled by Destroy the Scene. Below are my top 40 favorite albums of 2016.

As of right now this list is a work in progress that will be left alone until this time next year. Some albums may be added, some may be removed, but for right now these are the best albums of 2016 in my humble opinion. Also if anything incredible comes out in the next 30 days I will revise this list to reflect that.

Take note that I have not written anything about these albums. The reason for this is that I have come to the conclusion that my personal experiences with these albums mean nothing to the general public, therefore, I have chosen to not include any personal anecdotes about these albums. I have provided genre descriptors below to give you an idea of what kind of music these artists make. I want you to listen to these albums devoid of my opinion. You should form your own opinion. On that note, many of you will hate some of these albums, many of you will love some of these albums. I want this list to be used as a tool for you to find out what YOU like, not to necessarily fall in line with what I like. I have provided a playlist of some of my favorite tracks from each of these albums for your convenience below. So fire up those streaming programs, open up the itunes store(if you have the cash) buy these online or head to your local record store if you like what you hear! Hopefully you will find an album you can call a favorite for years to come!
